What would you think if I told you that over the weekend I vacuumed my lawn?

I ask because in the past I have heard of others doing this and have to be honest and say I was quite judgemental.

At the time there was no reason I could bring to mind which would warrant such strange behaviour.

We all make judgements, being able to hold these back until further information has been offered, or researched, can make a lot of difference.

I was vacuuming our lawn because the outdoor bean bag had sprung a leak.

It looked like it had snowed!

We fortunately had an old vacuum, waiting to be taken to the tip, this was perfect for sucking up the sneaky balls which had spread across the grass.

When you child tells you they have done something stupid, or strange, how you react is important. It could be the difference between them telling you more, or never telling you anything ever again.
